The Challenge
Colgate Palmolive (Colpal was managing the Retail Media in the past via agencies for multiple local markets. To be successful on retail media, Colpal realized that it required a huge workload and need strong adaptability in real-time optimization given the hard competition against Unilever, P&G, etc. but their way of working at that time was manual via the Seller Center which eventually led them to lose many sales opportunities and take big resource from the agency side
Due to many factors and large Product-Keyword that required them to control in high velocity (Budget, Performance, etc.), they could not manage it even if they asked for more resource as no person can help them control their performance by 24/7
The Solution
Epsilo Marketing Automation, with the capability of setting script to control the performance based on Colgate Palmolive’s objective, which was to increase ROAS and Ads GMV, by 24/7, applied to the full portfolio. Conclusion
Epsilo's managed services team utilized Marketing automation to sift through keywords and SKUs which were not working and created cohorts. These were then activated based on rule based scripting specific to end goals and target ROAS.
